Welcome to Peggo Fonts™ foundry ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, purchasing fonts, or downloading any products, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, do not use our services.

1. Definitions

• "Fonts": Digital typefaces, including all files (e.g., .OTF, .TTF, .WOFF) and licenses
• "License": The rights granted to use purchased fonts
• "User": Anyone accessing our website or purchasing fonts

2. License Grants

Ownership: All fonts are intellectual property of Peggo Fonts™ and licensed, not sold.

Permitted Use:

• Fonts may be used according to the license type purchased (e.g., personal, commercial)
• Example: A "Commercial License" allows use in logos, merchandise, or client projects

Restrictions:

• You may not redistribute, resell, modify, or reverse-engineer fonts
• Embedding fonts in software/apps requires a separate license

3. Purchases & Payments

• Pricing: All prices are listed in EUR and include 21% VAT for EU customers. Final prices are displayed upfront with no hidden charges. Current published prices may change in future without prior notice.
• VAT Policy: VAT is calculated based on your billing location. EU customers pay 21% VAT (included in displayed prices). Non-EU customers may have different tax rates applied at checkout.
• Price Transparency: The total amount you see is the final amount you pay — no surprise charges or additional fees.
• Refunds: Due to the digital nature of fonts, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued for technical defects we may not resolve.

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

4. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Any disputes will be resolved in the C. A. of Santiago, Compañía N° 1140, P.1, SANTIAGO
